SPECIFICATIONS
F2 filler is a patterned embossment that can be used around the perimeter Nail-up installations to reach the edge of the ceiling in situations where full tile patterns will not fit. Filler contains nail rails for a seamless transition between tiles and can also be used for drop-in installations in areas of the grid that are not 2 ft. x 2 ft. It cuts easily with tin snips or a guillotine cutter to fit any excess space. The diamond and cross design has universal appeal to compliment all of our patterns and add depth and detail to your installation.

The panels are 24″ x 24″. Our products are made from bright tinplate. This is T1 tin-plated steel and is 25% recycled steel with 100% virgin coating. Panels are 0.010″ thick.

NAIL-UP
Panels will fit the standard 24” x 24” suspended ceiling grid system that has 15/16” t-bar widths. The Drop-In panels come with a 1/8” edge that is embossed so it can sit right in the grid opening. If you’re working with a 24” x 48” grid, you can get one of our T-bar pieces to convert it over to the 24” x 24” grid.
Panels comes with a ¼’ overlapping seam and us used with wood substrates such as plywood, furring strips, joists, etc. For installation, it’s best to use 18-guage brad nails. You can then touch up the small holes with paint after.
