SPECIFICATIONS
Design #1 tin ceiling panel is a 12 in. pattern is comprised of four beveled squares to create a modern geometric print. It is universally appealing with a subtle, elegant styling that provides dramatic three-dimensional depth to your ceiling.
The #21 tin ceiling tile is a 6 in. pattern with opulent repeating embossments of the iconic Fleur-de-lis
The panels are 24″ x 24″. Our products are made from bright tinplate. This is T1 tin-plated steel and is 25% recycled steel with 100% virgin coating. Panels are 0.010″ thick.
INSTALLATION

Panels will fit the standard 24” x 24” suspended ceiling grid system that has 15/16” t-bar widths. The Drop-In panels come with a 1/8” edge that is embossed so it can sit right in the grid opening. If you’re working with a 24” x 48” grid, you can get one of our T-bar pieces to convert it over to the 24” x 24” grid.
Panels comes with a ¼’ overlapping seam and us used with wood substrates such as plywood, furring strips, joists, etc. For installation, it’s best to use 18-guage brad nails. You can then touch up the small holes with paint after.
